How Do I Whitelist Fletch emails?
How do I Whitelist Fletch emails?
For each Fletch app, Fletch sends daily or weekly emails about insights discovered within your data.
These emails are sent from the customersuccess@fletch.ai email address. If you do not see these emails, you may need to check your user-level spam folder or organization-level spam filter.

If emails from Fletch are consistently flagged as spam by your email provider, you may need to add one of the following types of Whitelists.

If you’ve tried these steps and are still not receiving Fletch emails, please send an email to us at support@fletch.ai and we’d be happy to troubleshoot this further.
My Google token doesn’t work
If you followed all of the instructions in the connection guide for Google Workspace, and the JSON key you uploaded in Fletch is showing as invalid, here are a few things to try:
1. Are you the Google and GCP Admin who created the token?
This is the number one cause we have seen with our users.
Due to how Google permissions are set up, you will need to make sure the person who uploads the JSON key into Fletch is the same Google and GCP Admin who generated the key. Specifically, make sure that they are still an Admin at the time the key is entered into Fletch for validation.
2. Did you log in to Fletch using Google credentials for the same account as the key you are trying to connect?
In order to connect Google Workspace as an integration, we only support this if you logged in to Fletch using your Google credentials for the same account.
If you are trying to connect your Google data for a different Google account, or if you used Microsoft 365 to join Fletch, you will need to create a separate Fletch workspace. Please reach out to support@fletch.ai so we can help you.
3. Did you follow all the steps in the connection guide?
Google Workspace is one of the trickier integrations when setting up permissions. Please double check that you followed all of the steps in the connection guide and if the problem persists, reach out to support@fletch.ai and we’d be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.
